Damian Priest has been dominating Monday Night RAW as the WWE World Heavyweight Champion for the past few months and consistently attends as many shows as possible. Unfortunately, he missed this weeks SmackDown due to plane issues and has now apologized to fans.
TheJune 28 edition of Friday Night SmackDownemanated from the Worlds Most Famous Arena, Madison Square Garden and there were a lot of things fans enjoyed throughout the night.
Priest was scheduled to defend his World Heavyweight Championship in a dark match against Jey Uso following SmackDown. However, due to plane issues, the match no longer took place.
Damian Priest took to Twitter and announced that he would be unable to make it in time to compete at Friday Night SmackDown, as he ended up apologizing to fans for missing the show.
It is certainly unfortunate that The Archer of Infamy was unable to compete on SmackDown this week in front of his beloved fans. Regardless, well have to wait and see when he will be able to make up for it.
