The young Italian was good at handling the issue without ever raising the tone and demonstrated with facts the love he feels towards his country. In an interview with the newspaper L'quipe, Sinner told his story in depth.

"Its true that it wasnt easy at first. I was a bit different from the others, both on and off the pitch, rather closed. Where I come from, people go to bed early. While most Italians stay up late. When I left for southern Italy to train, I learned the 'Italian style'," explained Jannik Sinner.
"But I never tried to change to please anyone, I did what I was most comfortable with. I constantly try to learn what works best for me, my body, and the people around me. I am the way I am.
