Mercedes Mone, formerly known as Sasha Banks during her tenure in WWE, cemented herself as a significant figure in the wrestling industry. It has been a couple of years since she departed from WWE and she has now addressed the possibility of returning to WWE someday.
Back in May 2022, Mercedes Mone along with Naomi, departed WWE amidst creative differences with Vince McMahon. At the time of their departure, they were holding the WWE Womens Tag Team Championships. This decision led to their indefinite suspension from WWE SmackDown and a ton of insults to boot.
While speaking to TMZ Sports, Mercedes Mone was asked about the possibility of returning to WWE if she gets everything she wanted there, despite what happened in the past.
Mercedes Mone responded with a smile, expressing satisfaction with her current career and stating that she had everything she needed at this point, making it clear a WWE return was not on her mind.
Mercedes Mone also made it clear she refused to spill the beans on her WWE exit. Nevertheless, anything is possible in the world of professional wrestling, so it wouldnt be a surprise if she does go back to WWE one day.
