The former three-time AEW Womens World Champion Hikaru Shida is now one of four women left to win the Owen Hart Cup. She advanced on the June 29 episode of Collision with a victory over Deonna Purrazzo.

Post-match, Purrazzo went on the attack to Shida but Thunde Rosa made the save. Shida will face in the semi-finals either Saraya or Mariah May. That match will take place on Sunday at the Zero Hour pre-show of Forbidden Door. On the other side of the brackets, Willow Nightingale vs. Kris Statlander will fight in the semi-finals on Dynamite this Wednesday.

Elsewhere on Collision, Stephanie Vaquer defeated Lady Frost. Mercedes Mon, who will be facing Vaquer in a Title for Title match at Forbidden Door, face off in the ring after the bell. Zeuxis blindsides Mon from behind as Vaquer lays her out.

Serena Deeb held an open challenge. Kelly Madan answers. Deeb cuts a promo after the bell and calls for AEW to send out their best. Riho appears and stares down Deeb.

Toni Storm walks on broken glass and sends a final message to Mina Shirakawa.
