Donovan Dijak had a notable run in NXT last year, but his transition to the main roster was cut short following the WWE Draft. He is now officially a free agent after parting ways with WWE and has responded to being removed from the roster.

Dijaks contract was set toexpire this month with no signs of renewal, and that has proven accurate.Dijak confirmed that June 28th was his final day under contract with WWE, after which he would become a free agent.

On Saturday, WWE officially confirmed Dijaks departure by moving him from the current roster page to the alumni page. This was not really a surprise for fans whatsoever.

Dijak responded on Twitter, noting the speed of this roster update by revealing that WWE took three months to change him from his previous gimmick of T-Bar and change his brand to NXT.
