Xia Li made headlines afterbeing the first Chinese talentto join WWE a few years ago. After working in NXT, Li finally debuted on an episode of Friday Night Smackdown back in 2021 and eventually got released and now she is training for an MMA debut.
Earlier this year, Xia Li announced that she had parted ways with WWE. This came as a shock for many fans as they simply wanted to see what Xia Li was capable of as a WWE Superstar.
The former WWE Superstar took to her Instagram today and uploaded a couple of photos of herself at Jungle MMA, where various kinds of martial arts are taught and performed. She revealed that she will be competing in MMA in a month.
Xia Li has competed in the martial art of wushu and so she will be using her skills again once she competes in MMA this year. Well have to wait and see what else the future has in store for the former WWE Superstar.
