The ROH Womens TV Champion Billie Starkz is now booked in her first title defense since becoming the inaugural champion in April. At Supercard of Honor, Starkz had a very controversial victory over Queen Aminata. Now she will defend against Red Velvet at the upcoming Death Before Dishonor event on July 26.
Over the past few months, tensions have raised between Starkz and the ROH Womens Champion Athena against Aminata and Red.
It has also been confirmed that Aminata will challenge Athena, who had been saying she had an injury, and has held the championship nearing 600 days.
The news was confirmed in the promo below during the July 4 episode of ROH.
