Lance Archer appeared to be one of the mainstays on AEW television at one point in time and a true veteran in the pro wrestling world. Sadly, his television time isnt what it used to be at all and he has now responded to backlash over a claim he made about being the AEW World Champion by now.

Prior to signing with AEW, Lance Archer largely worked in NJPW and competed in some memorable matches. He would sign with AEW back in February 2020 but he has not been able to make much of an impact whatsoever.

Recently, Lance Archer took to Twitter and uploaded a photo of himself with the AEW World Championship, stating that he should have been the champion by now. He ended up facing backlash for this tweet as many accused him of being a whiner and complaining.

Following the backslash, Lance Archer took to Twitter and remarked on the frequent misunderstandings on Twitter, where confidence is often mistaken for complaining. He clarified that he is not b*****, whining, or complaining, but rather expressing his belief in himself and his relentless pursuit of his goals.

Archer stated that he should have already become the AEW World Champion and is confident that he will one day achieve his goal. Archer challenged anyone to bet against him, asserting his determination to succeed.

Lance Archer last competed on the June 15th edition of ROH television as he has been teaming up with the Righteous lately. Regardless, only time will tell whether Archer will ever become the AEW World Champion.
