Nick Kyrgios has spoken out again about Jannik Sinner. The Australian tennis player, who is busy with this edition of the US Open as a television commentator, has in recent weeks attacked the young Italian with very serious accusations, declared innocent by an independent court after the controversial doping case that involved him last March for taking clostebol.

Kyrgios, after the various statements made in recent days, does not seem to have changed his mind about the Italian and his alleged guilt in the facts.

"I'm not bitter at all, it's not about Sinner. I just commented on his match and I really liked it. It could have been anyone in his place, I just want fairness," wrote Nick, once again underlining his opinion on the case.

In the meantime, Jannik will play the final with Taylor Fritz in a few hours in a completely packed stadium, which will almost entirely cheer for the home idol. Another test of strength, to which the Italian champion will be called, who however wants to lift his first trophy at Flushing Meadows.

"He should have been banned for two years. I will no longer be as friendly with him as I was before when I'm in the locker room. I think he was right about his condition for the most part. I don't think this was fair and the same for the rest of the tour," said the Australian, previously, in the last days.

On the occasion of the victory of the Italian against Daniil Medvedev in the quarterfinals of the US Open, Nick, somewhat surprisingly, through his social channels, had then complimented him, for the tenacity and the head with which he is facing this tournament, despite the constant rumors about him.

"It's not easy to manage everything that happens and continue to perform at this level. He is definitely the favorite now," he said.
