The September 13 episode of WWE SmackDown featured several notable moments, including independent wrestler Ricky Gibson, who became a viral sensation. Interestingly enough, hes also backstage for tonights episode of Monday Night RAW.
Independent wrestler Ricky Gibson, from Midnight Heat, made lots of fans excited when he nearly joined forces with Kevin Owens on the September 13 episode of SmackDown. Introduced simply as Ricky, he was originally set to partner with Owens against A-Town Down Under, but Randy Orton came back and Gibson never got to compete, much to the dismay of fans.
RAW General Manager Adam Pearce took to Twitter and uploaded a photo of himself alongside Ricky Gibson, as he confirmed that Gibson is currently backstage at Monday Night RAW tonight. Gibson also previously uploaded his own photo outside the arena, where he was dressed to the nines.
The September 16th edition of Monday Night RAW will take place from the Saddledome in the Moda Center in Portland, Oregon and fans would be very happy if Gibson makes an appearance on the show, so well have to see what WWE has planned for him.
