JBL is a veteran in the pro wrestling world, having started hisjourney during the Attitude Era in the late 90s. Hes not an active in-ring competitor anymore and has now addressed potentially taking on the role of an agent in WWE.

The WWE Hall of Famer has done many different roles in the wrestling world over the past thirty years, including being a wrestler, manager, and announcer. He even worked briefly as a WWE agent.

While speaking onHuge Pop, JBL was asked if he wanted to become an agent again in WWE. JBL made it clear he wasnt interested at all, explaining that he had been Sami Zayns agent for a short time but decided to quit afterwards. JBL praised Sami Zayn, saying he is one of the best characters hes ever seen. He described how he would handle matches by asking for the match length and the finish.

JBL compared Zayn to Randy Savage and remembered a WrestleMania match with no crowd where Zayn worked with Daniel Bryan. Despite the lack of audience reaction making it challenging, Zayns performance impressed JBL. Although he admired Zayns work, JBL decided he didnt want to continue as an agent and saw it as his retirement from that job.
