Former NBA champion Kendrick Perkins was once teammates with LeBron James and thinks he has numerous All-NBA seasons left to go as he enters his 22nd year.

Look, LeBron is gonna make a few All-NBA teams until he retire, and I mean minimum two, Perkins said on NBA Today. Look, hes gonna always pour everything into the game of basketball, and he said that himself. He said, If I get to the point where I feel like Im cheatin the game, Im gonna walk away. So if hes on the floor, you better believe that were gonna get the best LeBron James.

Another person who is high on LeBron right now is LAs owner Jeanie Buss, who recentlypraised the work his does for the organization both on and off the floor.

He consistently delivers, Buss said, L.A. Times. He puts in the work. Hes not only a worldwide brand, but he is our leader. Hes the captain of our team and he sets the tone, sets the pace by putting in the hard work. Nobody can complain about the work if you see somebody with his rsum and his longevity of career, nobody can complain about having to practice if hes willing to do it. And he does. He just amazes me. I dont know what else to say.

In terms of my expectations for the team, I can sit here and tell you Lakers always play for a championship, as we know, between Kobe Bryant and Magic Johnson and Phil Jackson and Pat Riley and Dr. Buss. Thats who we are. But its just me talking. What I really want is for the games to start so that we can watch what these guys are gonna do. Ill let them tell the story cause theyre the ones that are really going to show us what theyve got.

The way LeBron played at the Olympics proves The King isnt done writing the history books just yet.
