WWE Superstars give their all to the fans when theyre on the road. Sometimes they need time off, and in AJ Styles case, that break is certainly deserved. Good news came for his fans this week, as his return was confirmed.
During the September 27 WWE SmackDown, they aired a hype video for AJ Styles. It was then revealed that he will make his return to television during next weeks episode on October 4.
This timing is interesting, because it was just reported that AJ Styles WWE contract is expiring sooner than later. It is unknown whether the Phenomenal One will ink a new deal, but he will be returning to television next week to continue his WWE journey.
Prior to his hiatus, AJ Styles had his eye on the Undisputed WWE Championship, as he stated that he wants another major title reign before he retires. Only time will tell what they have in the pipeline for him, but thes bound to find himself in a storyline that draws attention.
AJ Styles got the whole month of September off. He last wrestled on August 29, 2024 at a WWE Live event during the Road toBash in Berlintour at Festhalle in Frankfurt. In that match, AJ Styles lost a WWE Undisputed Title match against Cody Rhodes.
