Jay participated in theStardom 5STAR Grand Prix 2024, finishing with a respectable 3-3 record, showing off her development in the ring. She then appeared on the September 14th episode of AEW Collision,building hype for her eventual return to in-ring competition.
Anna Jay made her in-ring return on AEW Rampage on September 27, defeating Robyn Renegade in singles competition. This marked Jays first match on AEW television in three months.
Following her performance, Will Ospreay took to Twitter to praise her progress, noting that her footwork and pacing have significantly improved, especially after her experience wrestling in Japan.
Ospreay expressed his hope that more AEW stars will have the opportunity to train in Japan, emphasizing how valuable such excursions can be for skill development. He shared his excitement for Annas growth and is eager to see more of her in the future.
