WWE NXT kicked off its debut on the CW Network in Chicago on October 1st, and hometown hero CM Punk made sure fans got a little extra surprise.
Leading up to the event, Punk teased some unexpected moments for those attending the showand he delivered in more ways than one.
To the delight of the crowd, Punk gifted fans with pizza from the iconic Lou Malnatis, adding a special hometown touch to the festivities. The fun didnt stop there, as Punk also served as the special guest referee for the main event between Ethan Page and Trick Williams, further elevating the excitement of the night.
Chicago fans were treated to not only top-tier wrestling but also a slice of Punks unique brand of hospitality, making the NXT debut on the CW Network a memorable night.
