Nia Jax has been a dominant force since her return to WWE in 2023, and shes now opened up about how her time away from the company helped her reset and reignite her passion for wrestling.

After being released from WWE in November 2021, Jax took a step back from the spotlight before making a surprise comeback at the 2023 Womens Royal Rumble and later returning full-time in September. Since then, Jax has won the Queen of the Ring and captured the WWE Womens Championship.

Jax went on to explain how the time off helped her reset and come back stronger than ever. I tell people all the time it was one of the best things that happened to me. I felt like I reset Nia Jax. Now, Im the best Nia Jax ever. Im only getting better. I needed to take that little bit of time off and find myself again, she added.

As she gears up to defend her WWE Womens Championship at WWE Bad Blood, its clear that this time away has helped her rediscover her why and brought her back to the ring at her absolute best.
