The pro wrestling worlds rumor mill is always churning into overdrive with one story or another. QT Marshalls name has certainly had a story or two connected with him, and he has heard them all as well. Now, he is taking time to address one specific thing about Mark Henry.
In a recent interview with Gabby AF, QT Marshall addressed comments made by former AEW broadcaster Mark Henry, who claimed that Marshall had called him stupid. Mark Henry has since left AEW, as he is concentrated on helping his sons career along.
QT Marshall firmly denied ever making such a statement about the Worlds Strongest Man. Henry had mentioned last month that a reliable source informed him of Marshalls alleged comment, but he also noted that he did not genuinely believe Marshall said it and assumed that if he did, it was likely in a joking manner.
Marshall further clarified his position on the matter, stating, Costco Guy, right? I read something that he was talking about behind the scenes and then he said you know one time QT I just want to say, Mark, I dont remember saying that, but he did say that whoever told him would take a bullet for him. So, I wish when he heard that, he would have brought me in a room with the other person and sat us down, as uncomfortable as that would have been. One, I wouldve admitted to it or the other person would have had to admit that theyre lying. Mark, if youre listening, I dont remember calling you that, I dont know why I would say that.
As the discussion continued, it was made clear that QT Marshall values his relationship with Mark Henry and seeks to maintain open communication about any misunderstandings. This was certainly something that needed to be addressed, and we will have to see if any other stories creep up about either of the two.
