WWE has crowned its first-ever WWE Speed Womens Champion, and that honor goes to Candice LeRae.

The tournament finale, which aired on X, featured a hard-fought match between LeRae and IYO SKY. LeRae managed to secure the win with an impressive lionsault off the second rope, earning her the distinction of becoming the inaugural champion.

The matches in this new WWE Speed division have unique time constraints, with title bouts being limited to five minutes and non-title matches set at three minutes. LeRae clinched the victory with 1:12 left on the clock and celebrated the win with her tag team partner Indi Hartwell.

The tournament journey wasnt easy for LeRae, as she had to overcome fierce competitors like Piper Niven and Kairi Sane before facing IYO SKY in the finals. This victory marked LeRaes first singles title in WWE.
