Parker Boudreaux made quite an impact when he joined WWE in 2021, quickly gaining attention for his powerful build and potential. However, his time with the company was cut short when WWE released him from NXT on April 29, 2022 due to the lack of a clear direction for his character. His stint in AEW was similarly brief, ending with his departure from the promotion. That being said, Boudreaux has taken his talents overseas, making his wrestling debut in Japan during a GLEAT event, signaling a new chapter in his career.
On March 16, during an AAA event, Parker Boudreaux made a significant debut, marking a new step in his wrestling journey. Shortly after, he announced his association with Jeff Jarrett and his faction in AAA, further cementing his commitment to advancing his career in the industry.
Boudreaux didnt stop there, as he also made an appearance in Ohio Valley Wrestling to sharpen his skills and gain more experience in the ring. His momentum continued as he confirmed that he would be challenging Hayato Tamura for the G-REX Championship on October 6 at the Edion Arena Osaka Stadium, during a GLEAT event in Osaka, Japan.
The BFD took to Twitter and uploaded a photo of himself during the October 6th GLEAT event, as he made his debut in Japan. Boudreaux would face off against Hayato Tamura in a 12-minute match but would ultimately be unsuccessful in his quest for the title. However, he did make sure to entertain fans and certainly made a statement, even in defeat.
The BFD is clearly on a roll and has all the momentum in the world right now, so we will have to wait and see whats next in store for the former AEW star, as its evident his future in the world of professional wrestling is very bright.
