Englishman Dan Bradbury won a hard-fought 106th edition of the FedEx Open de France, on the par 71 Le Golf National course in Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines near Paris, France, where the Ryder Cup was held in 2018. With a partial of 66 (-5) born from five birdies, including three consecutive between the decisive 14th and 16th holes, and a score of 268 (67 66 69 66, -16) he surpassed by one stroke the German Yannik Paul, the Englishman Sam Bairstow and the Danes Jeff Winther and Thorbjorn Olesen, second with 269 (-15).

Author of an excellent performance was Francesco Laporta, also among the ten players who were in the running for the title until the final stages, who with the sixth place (270 73 64 66 67, -14), shared with the Englishman Matthew Jordan, signed his best result of the season.

He concluded with a 67 (-4, two bogeys at the start and six subsequent birdies). After a very difficult start (97th with 73, +2 and with a +6 on the first nine) the Apulian decidedly changed pace, climbing to 17th place in the second round and to sixth in the third, which he then maintained.

The Americans Gunner Wiebe and Johannes Veerman also tried to have their say, eighth with 271 (-13), but gave in at the end. Of the other Italians, Guido Migliozzi ranked 18th with 275 (68 73 67 67, -9) thanks to a double 67 (-4).

With the first in the third round he climbed from 64th to 39th place and with the second (six birdies, two bogeys) he recovered another twenty-one positions. Matteo Manassero, on the other hand, gave up, 49th with 279 (71 67 67 74, -5), who had made two good central rounds.

Dan Bradbury, 25 years old from Wakefield, obtained the second title after the first in 2022 (Joburg Open) in his 55th appearance on the circuit. In a season that has been disappointing so far, with only ten cuts in the first 25 tournaments (two top tens and placings mostly in the average ranking), in just one competition he received a check for $552,500 on a prize pool of $3,250,000, practically double what he had earned up to now in 2024.
