During theSeptember 30 episode of WWE Raw, R-Truth made a surprisereturn to television but got betrayed by The Miz instead. This led to a match on RAW this week which saw Truth pick up the win and get attacked by The Miz afterwards. Despite the attack, R-Truth still believes The Miz is his friend.
On the October 14th episode of WWE Raw, R-Truth beat The Miz after Karrion Kross and The Final Testament came to ringside and distracted The Miz. After the match, The Miz attacked R-Truth, and the Authors of Pain (Akam and Rezar) helped by throwing Truth back into the ring.
In a special interview with Cathy Kelly after the show, R-Truth talked about his win. He said he thought The Miz was supposed to be in his corner for the match, not realizing Miz was actually his opponent. R-Truth then made it clear that he still believes The Miz his is friend and refused to believe otherwise.
We will have to wait and see how WWE will continue to book The Miz and R-Truths feud in the coming weeks, as it is clear they are far from done with each other. Perhaps R-Truth will eventually realize The Miz is simply not good for him anymore.
