Ricochet, who had been with WWE since 2018 before departing earlier this year, officially signed with AEW and has already competed in several matches. His next match is scheduled for the October 19 episode of AEW Collision, and his opponent has been confirmed.
On the October 16 edition of AEW Dynamite, Ricochet threw down the gauntlet, offering an open challenge to anyone daring enough to try and be the first to pin him since joining All Elite Wrestling.
AR Fox, in an exclusive backstage interview from the SAP Center in San Jose, CA, after Dynamite, accepted the challenge. Fox reflected on his past encounters with Ricochet before officially stepping up to face him.
Their match is now set for AEW Collision on October 19, joining an already stacked card. Other matches include Kyle Fletcher taking on Atlantis Jr., The Outrunners vs. La Faccion Ingobernable, and a huge AEW Trios Championship bout featuring Claudio Castagnoli, Wheeler Yuta & PAC defending against Top Flight & Action Andretti. Regardless, well have to wait and see how Ricochet will fare in his match against AR Fox as it will definitely impress fans in a big way.
