Dominik Mysterios fortunes in WWE changed after he turned heel at Clash at the Castle 2022, as he is now one of the most despised heels in WWE. His heel tendencies have been on full display in the way he treats his mother and it appears he questions his mother when it comes to being Rey Mysterios son.
Dominik Mysterio appeared on WWE in 2005 during a heated storyline featuring Rey Mysterio and Eddie Guerrero. The two fought over the custody of Dominik. Eddie was determined to prove that he was Dominiks father, and this led to the now-iconic ladder match between himself and Rey Mysterio at SummerSlam 2005. Therefore, Dominik and Eddie have a connection and its even more apparent now that Mysterio has been growing out his hair and mustache, as he looks very similar to Guerrero.
While speaking toChris Van Vliet, Dominik Mysterio was asked about looking similar to Eddie Guerrero. At first, he didnt think he looked like Eddie Guerrero, but once he grew out his mullet and added a mustache, fans started seeing a resemblance in comparison photos. Now, he admitted that he questions his family connections as he asks his mother all the time, stating the 90s were a crazy time and mentioning his dad was often away.
Dominik had repeatedly brought up Eddie Guerrero during his current run as a heel and even previously told Rey Mysterio that he wished Eddie was his real father. Well have to wait and see how WWE will continue to book Dominik Mysterio in the coming months, as its clear Mysterio and Guerrero will continue to have a connection one way or the other.
