Joe Hendry, who gained recognition for his performances in TNA andrecently impressed during his time in NXT, continues to take the pro wrestling world by storm thanks to his insane charisma and musical skills and thats why he is very protective of his songs.
The most impressive thing about Joe Hendry is his near-infinite creativity when it comes to music. After all, he sings all of his songs, and that includes hisnow-iconic I Believe in Joe Hendry theme song, among many others.
While speaking to TheOneMona, Joe Hendry revealed that his re-debut video at Bound for Glory in TNA was poorly filmed in a rush, and he recognized the need to replace it before the next taping. He admitted he had never mentioned before that the video was strange and acknowledged that he was about to head to the airport at the time of filming.
It was pointed out Henry that there is now a 10-hour loop of that video on YouTube, allowing someone else to profit from it. To address this, Henry has trademarked all his material and plans to issue a legal notice to those making money off his content. He intends to copyright strike the video, fully aware he might receive backlash for it, but he feels it is necessary since others have been profiting from his work.
On top of that, he plans to upload the same video and compared his reaction to a moment in Sonic the Hedgehog when a player loses and the game plays a specific sound.
Joe Hendry has worked hard for his songs and so he has every right to protect his intellectual property and send legal notices to those who try to make a profit off his video. Nonetheless, well have to see if he will drop the hammer on some accounts soon enough.
