Following his win against AR Fox this past Saturday on "AEW Collision", Ricochet looks to score another win tonight as he collides with Nick Wayne of The Patriarchy. Not only will this be the first time that the two competitors have ever competed against one another in a ring, but Ricochet was approached by MVP and Shelton Benjamin this past Wednesday on "Dynamite" as the duo looked to recruit him to join their ranks.
As she prepares to challenge Mariah May for the AEW Women's World Championship after defeating her in an Eliminator Match at AEW Battle Of The Belts XII, Anna Jay looks to gain some momentum heading in as she goes head-to-head with Leila Grey. This will be Grey's first time competing in an AEW ring since she came up short to Kris Statlander on the July 26 edition of "Rampage".
Additionally, The Beast Mortos will be going head-to-head with BEEF as the former is coming off his and his La Faccion Ingobernable stablelate Rush are coming off their win against The Outrunners last Saturday on "Collision" and the latter returns to action in an AEW ring for the first time since coming up short against Wheeler Yuta on October 5. The Undisputed Kingdom's Matt Taven and Mike Bennett will also be squaring off with Toa Liona and Bishop Kaun of Gates of Agony, and Shane Taylor Promotions' Shane Taylor and Lee Moriarty in a Three Way Match.
We are live! Excalibur, "Daddy Magic" Matt Menard, and Tony Schiavone greet audiences at home as The Undisputed Kingdom, Gates of Agony, and Shane Taylor Promotions are waiting in the ring and Roderick Strong has joined the announce desk.
Lee Moriarty and Matt Taven begin the action. The bell rings and the two lock up. Taven levels Moriarty with a dropkick, but Mike Bennnett tags in and continues wearing down Moriarty. Taven tags back in while Bishop Kaun tags himself in, and Kaun levels Taven with a strike. He follows it up with a standing moonsault and goes for a pin, but Taven kicks out.
Taven rocks Kaun with an enzuigiri and tags in Bennett as Liona tags in for his team. Bennett fires off chops on Toa Liona, but Liona stays on his feet. Shane Taylor then tags in and sends Bennett crashing into the mat.
Back from the break, Taven tags in and double teams on Moriarty with Bennett. He goes for a pin, but Taylor breaks the fall. Kaun sends Taylor crashing into the mat with an Air Raid Crash, and Liona takes down both Taven and Bennett. Liona levels Moriarty with a right hand, but The Undisputed Kingdom double team on Moriarty for the win.
Winners: The Undisputed Kingdom
Anna Jay then makes her way down to the ring. Leila Grey follows.
The bell rings and the two lock up. Jay connects with a shoulder tackle on Grey, but Grey responds with a Blockbuster and sends Jay crashing into adjacent top turnbuckles face first. She then whips Jay into the corner and connects with a step-up knee, then follows it up with a Bulldog and goes for a pin. Jay kicks out.
Jay lands an elbow on Grey in the corner and sits her on the top rope, then lands a roundhouse kick on her head and pulls her off. She then delivers a missile dropkick to her chest and follows it up with a Gory Bomb for the win as we see Deonna Purrazzo and Taya Valkyrie watching from backstage.
Winner: Anna Jay
La Faccion Ingobernable then makes his way out to the ring. BEEF and JD Drake follow.
The bell rings and the two go back and forth. BEEF lands a dropkick on Mortos, but Mortos sends BEEF crashing into the mat and follows it up with a kick and a headbutt.
Back from the break, BEEF lands a crossbody on Mortos out of the corner. BEEF responds with a right hand on Mortos and sends him crashing into the top turnbuckle face first, then follows it up with a Bulldog. BEEF responds with an enzuigiri to Mortos and follows it up with a crossbody to his spine and ascends to the top. Rush pushes him off from the apron as Dralistico distracts the referee, opening the door for Mortos to send BEEF crashing into the mat for the win.
Winner: The Beast Mortos
After the match, Rush grabs a cable from under the ring and hits BEEF with it as Drake comtemplates what to do. Rush then hits Drake with it.
