Booker T, a six-time world champion and iconic figure in professional wrestling, recently had fans laughing when he joked about how much preparation hed need to pull off his signature Spinaroonie nowadays.

During a recent Patreon-exclusive Q&A with The Undertaker, Booker reflected on the difficulties of performing the breakdance move that became his trademark during his time in WCW and WWE.

I tell people nowadays they say, Man, can you still do the Spinaroonie? I go, Yeah, I can. But thats about a three-to-four-hour warm-up, Booker joked. I stretch. I gotta make sure I pop this hip, pop this one, get some DDP Yoga in. Its a process.

He didnt stop there, admitting that the thought of attempting the move now makes him nervous. Im scared to do it right now. Im scared if I do it right now, somethings gonna pop.

Booker, who made his last Spinaroonie appearance at the 2023 Royal Rumble, explained the secret behind the move. Torque. You gotta have that torque. Centrifugal force as well, he said with a laugh.

The Spinaroonie became one of Booker Ts most iconic moves during his run in WCW, where he captured five World Championships, and remains something fans hope to see whenever he steps back into a wrestling ring.

His humorous comments follow a famous backstage incident in 2002, when stars like Triple H, The Rock, and Vince McMahon tried to convince The Undertaker to perform the Spinarooniea moment that has lived on in wrestling lore.

Fans might still hope for one more Spinaroonie from Booker T, but given his cautious approach, it might take some serious warm-up time before that happens.

Do you think Booker T will pull off one last Spinaroonie, or is it time to let the move retire? Please share your thoughts and feedback in the comment section below.
