WWE Hall of Famer JBL has been showing up at several independent wrestling events, making an unexpected return outside of WWE. At TNA Bound for Glory, he even interfered in a big way by costing Joe Hendry a chance to win the TNA World Title and has now reacted to his actions.

During TNAs Bound for Glory pay-per-view, Joe Hendry challenged Nic Nemeth for the TNA World Championship. The final stretch of the match saw Frankie Kazarian trying to cash in his Call Your Shot trophy. He called for another referee, but then JBL appeared from the crowd and hit Kazarian with a Clothesline From Hell, taking him out. JBL didnt stop therehe hit Hendry with another Clothesline From Hell as he left. On his way out, JBL also took a shot at Ryan Nemeth, Nics brother.

Nic Nemeth then hit a Danger Zone move on Joe Hendry, just as another referee ran down, but Hendry kicked out at two. The Detroit crowd began chanting We Believe, but Hendry was ultimately hit with another Superkick and a second Danger Zone from Nic Nemeth, losing the match.

JBL took to Twitter and commented on his unexpected actions, as he simply called himself the Keeper, guardian of professional wrestling, making it clear he felt his actions were done for a good cause.
