Current TNA World Champion Nic Nemeth has quite a few people he isnt necessarily fond of, and that includes WWE Hall of Famer Goldberg. Thats why it comes as no surprise that he wants Goldbergs retirement match to be a 3-minute squash.
If you were not aware, Nemeth faced off against Goldberg back in 2019 at the WWE SummerSlam pay-per-view. It was nothing more than a one-sided beat down as it barely lasted a few minutes and iteven made him think about dying in the ring.
Goldberg made headlines today after he announced to the world that he will have his retirement match in 2025, which has led many people to speculate who would end up being his opponent.
Nic Nemeth took to Twitter and commented on Goldbergs retirement announcement, as he booked the perfect scenario for Goldbergs retirement. Nemeth stated that he should face off against GUNTHER and as soon as the match starts, Goldberg will hit GUNTHER with a spear and jackhammer but GUNTHER will kick out at 1. Afterwards, GUNTHER will squash Goldberg in a three-minute match. Nemeth made it clear he really doesnt want Goldberg to look strong in his retirement match.
Immediately after that, Nic Nemeth then stated that Goldberg could also have a match against Bron Breakker in his retirement match, as he told enraged fans to simply relax.
We will have to wait and see whether Nic Nemeths wish will come true and Goldberg will end up getting utterly crushed by The Ring General. After all, if there is someone who can credibly destroy Goldberg, its undoubtedly GUNTHER.
