The WWE Crown Jewel Premium Live Event kicked off in style as Roman Reigns and The Usos squared off against Solo Sikoa, Jacob Fatu and Tonga Loa. The match didnt end in the expected way and right after the match, Sami Zayn came out to help out Reigns and co., but even his plan was foiled and now unseen footage has shown Zayns reaction to his failed assist.
The six-man tag team match was chaotic from start to finish, as many fans actually felt it was somewhat of a mess. Regardless, it showed Roman Reigns being the most vulnerable he has ever been, as The Bloodline decimated Reigns and The Usos to win the match. In fact, it was Solo Sikoa who pinned Roman Reigns to pick up the win, shocking fans.
Right after that, Sami Zayn came out and fans wondered whose side he was on. He ultimately chose Roman Reigns and The Usos and in the beginning, his assist was definitely a big help. However, just when Solo Sikoa was cornered, Sikoa left the ring and Sami Zayn ended up hitting a huge kick to Roman Reigns. Afterwards, Zayn ended up arguing with Jimmy Uso, as it was clear there was a lot of miscommunication involved.
WWE took to their Instagram and uploaded a video showing Sami Zayns reaction following his failed assist. Zayn was understandably dejected and the video continued to show The Usos and Roman Reigns reactions as well, as they all felt lost and utterly devastated.
Well have to wait to see if Sami Zayn can make peace with Roman Reigns and The Usos and get on the same page, as theyre set to face The Bloodline at the Survivor Series Premium Live Event on November 30.
