He surpassed by one blow the Danish Rasmus Neergaard-Petersen and the Spaniard Angel Ayora, second with 266 (-22).
The only Italian in the competition was Gregorio De Leo, who offered a good performance, finishing in ninth place with a 275 (68 70 70 68, -13), but it wasn't enough to get into the top twenty.
The winner, third three shots behind the leader Neergaard-Petersen after 54 holes, recovered with a 68 (-4, one eagle, four birdies, two bogeys), but the Dane had his say, leading after four birdies and a bogey in eleven holes, but made three errors in the next seven, with the last bogey at the 18th that denied him the playoff. In any case, he was crowned best player on the tour in 2024, a recognition he fully deserved, underlined by his early passage to the DP World Tour with his third title of the season won at the beginning of September.
