The New Day is considered one of the best tag teams in WWE history, and its easy to understand why as they have accomplished a lot in the business together. In fact, Adam Pearce has now confirmed WWE will be holding a special episode of RAW to honor The New Days 10th anniversary in WWE.
November 2024 marks the ten-year anniversary of the New Days debut in WWE. Over the years, Kofi Kingston, Big E, and Xavier Woods have become one of WWEs top tag teams, winning the tag team titles 11 times. Big E has not been able to wrestle since 2022 due to a neck injury, but Kingston and Woods are still teaming up. They lost a match against the Viking Raiders on the November 4 episode of WWE Raw.
While speaking during a WWE Raw Exclusive, General Manager Adam Pearce told the New Day he wanted to celebrate their ten-year journey with a full episode of Raw dedicated just to them. He praised them as one of the most successful tag teams in WWE history and said it would be a fitting tribute.
Kofi Kingston was excited and agreed it was a great idea. Although he admitted the New Day has faced some tough times recently, he felt hopeful that this celebration would bring positive energy. Pearce promised to plan the special episode, though he didnt share the date or other details yet.
