WWE is set to deliver a special episode of NXT on Wednesday, November 6, live from Philadelphias historic 2300 Arenaformerly known as the ECW Arena. This event will air on the CW Network and notably goes head-to-head with AEW Dynamite. The card is stacked with exciting matchups:
NXT Champion Trick Williams teams up with ECW Original Bubba Ray Dudley to face Ethan Page and Ridge Holland. Jaida Parker takes on Lola Vice in a hardcore match, with ECW legend Dawn Marie serving as the special guest referee.
A 10-woman tag team match features Roxanne Perez, Cora Jade, Fallon Henley, Jacy Jayne, and Jazmyn Nyx against Jordynne Grace, Kelani Jordan, Zaria, Giulia, and Stephanie Vaquer.
The event will also showcase appearances by various ECW legends, adding a nostalgic flair to the evening. While its still unclear whether Paul Heyman will make an appearance, fans are eager to see how WWE pays homage to the arenas storied past.
To build anticipation, WWE has released a retro-style cold open video package for the show, evoking the classic ECW vibe.
