Jake Hager was one of AEWs original stars after debuting on the first episode of Dynamite in 2019, but he ultimately didnt accomplish much there. Now that hes no longer in AEW, Hager has gone after Tony Khan and claimed that Khan threatened his job for promoting Donald Trump.
The U.S. Presidential Elections have truly brought out the true characters of many professional wrestlers, who had otherwise kept their political views to themselves. Jake Hager is one such star as he made it clear he fully supported Donald Trump as he is against abortion.
Jake Hager didnt just leave it at that, as he accused Tony Khan of being a communist and added that Khan tried to silence him. In another Twitter post, Jake Hager claimed that the Biden administration was the real tyrant for removing American energy on day one.
After a fan tagged Tony Khan and Bryan Danielson to check Hagers comments, Hager claimed on Twitter that Tony Khan threatened his job in AEW if he didnt stop promoting Donald Trump, as Hager called Khan a communist again.
For the record, Donald Trump ended up winning the U.S. Presidential Elections and is now once again the President of the United States, so Jake Hager will likely feel good about this decision soon enough.
