The ratings battle between WWE NXT and AEW Dynamite was a highly anticipated event for many fans. Ultimately, it saw NXT triumph over AEW Dynamite in a big way and now Bully Ray has claimed credit for the win.

The November 6th episode of WWE NXT secured 619,000 with 0.17 in the coveted 18-49 demographic. On the other hand, the November 6th episode of AEW Dynamite drew only 523,000 viewers, with a 0.16 rating in the key 18-49 demographic. Once again, NXT picked up a decisive win over AEW Dynamite, which has become a very common thing now.

During NXT, Bully Ray and Trick Williams squared off against Ridge Holland and Ethan Page. It even featured D-Von Dudley making his shocking appearance to help Ray and Williams following their loss. It was clear that the ECW nostalgia was high throughout the night and fans felt thats what gave them the edge over AEW Dynamite this week.

Bully Ray took to Twitter and uploaded a photo of himself alongside D-Von Dudley and Trick Williams, as he called themselves Demo Gods, claiming credit for NXT beating AEW Dynamite. Its to be noted Chris Jericho used to call himself the Demo God a few years ago when AEW Dynamite had higher ratings.

We will have to wait and see whether AEW will ever manage to improve their ratings anymore, as it simply feels like an impossible task at this point in time. Regardless, Bully Ray is more than happy with his involvement during NXT this week and thats all that matters to him.
