WWE is always looking ahead to the future and the most important thing for the company is to sign young and talented athletes from various fields of sports. In fact, it appears the company has signed yet another top athlete to a developmental deal.
WWE has started many programs over the years, and one of the most important is the Next in Line program. WWE isnt the only one using NIL, as other sports also use similar programs. The NIL program in WWE has already helped create some great stars who came from other sports, like Tiffany Stratton, Sol Ruca, and others. This shows that the program is working well to bring new talent to wrestling.
According toDave Meltzer in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Aaron Fara, a 27-year-old judo athlete who represented Austria at the 2024 Olympics, has signed a developmental deal with WWE. Fara, who competes at 220 pounds, was one of 17 Olympic athletes who recently had tryouts with WWE.
Along with Fara, WWE also offered developmental contracts to Shady Einahes, a 26-year-old judo player from Canada, and Francois Prinaloo, a 22-year-old discus thrower from South Africa. Faras signing received significant media coverage in Austria. Standing at 6-foot-4 with a strong physique, Fara is also known for his charisma and media skills.
We will have to wait and see how Aaron Fara and the rest of the new talent will fare in WWE as the company continues to build towards the future with a rich crop of highly talented athletes.
