The Undertaker, a legend in pro wrestling with over 30 years of fan-favorite performances, is now enjoying retirement by traveling and attending various sports events. Interestingly enough, Italian soccer club Genoa CFC teamed up with The Undertaker to launch their new third kit, bringing his iconic presence to the world of soccer fashion.
The WWE Hall of Famer officially retired from in-ring competition at Survivor Series in 2020. His last match took place at WrestleMania 36 in 2020, where he defeated AJ Styles in a Boneyard match. Following his retirement, the Phenom has made sporadic appearances in the ring and has mostly spent his time meeting fellow celebrities at various games, among other things.
Italian soccer team Genoa made a big splash on Twitter as the ESPN FC Twitter account announced they have teamed up with The Undertaker to reveal their new third kit, writing, Serie A club Genoa launched their new third kit using former WWE wrestler The Undertaker
This isnt the first time theyve worked with a celebrity for a jersey launch; last year, they worked with British singer Rita Ora to reveal a special gold kit for their 130th anniversary.
As for The Undertaker, he recently met up with Matthew McConaughey at the Longhorns game against the Florida Gators at the Darrell K Royal Memorial Stadium. Nonetheless, The Deadman is known to appear in unexpected places so fans were surprised he collaborated with Genoa CFC and its not hard to see why.
