WWE NXT is on the road to its next Premium Live Event, Deadline, with multiple superstars looking to secure their spot for the show. As the November 12 edition of NXT went down, the tone has been set for the festivities for next weeks show.
The first set of qualifiers for the Mens and Womens Iron Survivor Challenge took place on this weeks show, with JeVon Evans, Wes Lee and Sol Ruca picking up the respective wins. Next week, the qualifiers would continue for both sides with stars like Giulia, Stephanie Vaquer, Zaria and Jaida Parker already announced to be part of them.
During an in-ring segment, NXT Champion Trick Williams found himself amidst the heated tensions between former Chase U cohorts Andre Chase and the man who pinned Williams last week, Ridge Holland. Next week, Holland and Andre would square off in a high-stakes match, with the winner earning a shot at the NXT title.
However, should Andre Chase lose the bout, it would effectively mean the end of his beloved faction, Chase U, forcing him to cut ties with them and thereby disbanding Chase University for good.
