Several professional wrestlers from WCW eventually joined WWE after the company folded, including Ernest The Cat Miller, who had a short run there. Miller has now addressed the possibility of being inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame.
In WCWs final years, Ernest The Cat Miller became a regular presence on TV, playing the role of on-screen commissioner and engaging in segments with various wrestlers. After WCW closed in 2001, Miller took a break before eventually moving to WWE. In 2002, he competed in a few dark matches and later appeared in two televised matches in 2004, including a spot in the 2004 Royal Rumble.
While speaking on Ten Count Media, Ernest Miller was asked about potentially being inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame or receiving a WWE Legends contract. Miller made it clear that he doesnt think hell get a WWE Hall of Fame induction or a Legends deal. He has heard people bring it up, but he believes he didnt play along with the politics enough when he was there. While some might say its never too late, he feels his wrestling days are behind him, and hes now focused on new things outside of wrestling.
After his 2004 Royal Rumble appearance, The Cat also participated in a royal rumble on the following episode of WWE SmackDown, marking his only other televised WWE appearance. Although he has occasionally wrestled on the independent circuit, Miller remains primarily focused on his karate practice, which he considers most important, even if a Hall of Fame induction never comes his way.
