Steve Maclin isnt ruling out a return to NXT, despite his successful run with TNA. With the relationship between NXT and TNA growing strongermarked by frequent cross-promotional appearancesfans are buzzing at the possibility of seeing Maclin make his way back to the WWE brand where he spent six years before his release.
During a recent interview with The A2TheK Wrestling Show, Maclin discussed the potential move and shared his thoughts. When the time is right. If it happens, it happens, if it doesnt, Im not gonna be heartbroken because I was there for so long, Maclin stated, showing his openness but also emphasizing his contentment with his current position. Would it be a cool moment? Yes, but Im happy with what Im doing right now in TNA.
Maclin made it clear that if he does step back into NXT, hell bring a fiercer version of himself. When that time comes, if they ask me to go over there and represent TNA in NXT, just know Im gonna be coming a little bit more meaner and a little bit more aggressive just because of what Im representing and also what my past was, he added, hinting at the intensity hed bring to such a crossover.
