After his third straight triple-double, LeBron James reminded the NBA world that we need to cherish every moment he has on the court as he nears 40 years of age.

Im not gonna play that much longer, to be completely honest James said. I dont know how many years that is, if its one year or two years, whatever the case may be. I said the other night Im not playing until the wheels fall off.

He further explained that hes trying not look too far ahead and just enjoy what comes.

Im just living in the moment, James said. It feels good to be able to go out and play the game that I love at a high level still.

Following LeBrons comments, ShamsCharania weighed in on the possibility of the NBA legend retiring soon.

My sense is next season could potentially be his last season in the NBA, Charania said on First Take. Maybe Bryce James keeps him around an extra year or two. But I do think next season, All-Star game in Los Angeles, there might be some good momentum there for that.

Very recently, Brons former Cavs teammate Tristan Thompson was adamant that all three of them are going to be on the same team, referring to LeBron and his sons Bronny and Bryce.

In response to Thompsons comments, LeBron didnt rule out playing with both of his sons.

Bryce is a senior, he said. I dont know. Well see. Well see. That would be pretty cool. Its all about my mind and then seeing how my body reacts over these next couple of years.

LeBron is winning the war with Father Time as it stands, and it still producing at a super high level in his 22nd season in the NBA since hesaveraging 24.3 points, 8.1 rebounds and 9.4 assists per game, while shooting 52.4 percent from the field and 45.9 percent from deep.
