The final matchday of the 2024/25 UEFA Nations League group phase kicks off on Sunday and there's plenty to be decided.

For many, the Nations League struggles to inspire, but the promotion/relegation aspect included in the competition at least boosts the competitive element and supplies a feeling of there being something to play for.

On Matchday 6, nations across the divisions are vying for superior statuses or aiming to stay exactly where they are.

There are eight Nations League fixtures taking place on Sunday and here's how you can tune into all the action.

CONMEBOL's unwillingness to spread their qualifiers out during the break means their next bunch of matches don't arrive until Tuesday. Sunday, as a result, is a Nations League day, but there's plenty to get stuck into.

Seven of the eight matches will be shown across the globe via Viaplay International's YouTube channel. That includes the heavyweight clash between Italy and France, although both teams have already secured their places in next year's finals.

There's also plenty of intrigue in League B as England aim to secure their return to League A. A 3-0 win over Greece leaves them in pole position and a victory over the Republic of Ireland will see them top Group B2. ITV1, UTV and STV Scotland will broadcast the Three Lions' final group fixture in the UK.

Austria and Norway are currently locked on ten points each at the top of B3. The former have the edge due to their 5-1 triumph over Norway, so they merely need to match or better the Scandinavian side's result against Kazakhstan as they face Slovenia.

While the streaming options are fairly limited in the UK, you can catch the action through myriad avenues in the US. FuboTV will stream every fixture, while the Fox Sports Network will broadcast Italy vs France on FOX Sports 2. Israel vs Belgium, Latvia vs Armenia and Norway vs Kazakhstan are available on Fox Soccer Plus.

Tubi and TUDN are other streaming options for Sunday's Nations League games. You can watch Belgium's game with the latter.

In Canada, a DAZN subscription is required to watch the action unfold live. Every Nations League fixture is being streamed via this service, including Sunday's eight games.
