Mantel believes that instead of fully committing to Fords push, WWE kept hesitating, which he feels is worse than doing nothing at all. He explained that this indecision has worn down Fords momentum, making him less heated up now compared to a year ago.

The Street Profits also failed to win the WWE Tag Team Titles during the November 15WWE SmackDown after Tommaso Ciampa interfered in the match and attacked Montez Ford. Regardless, only time will tell whether WWE will ever push Montez Ford as a singles star, as it might be too late now.
