One-half of the current Goddess of Stardom Champions, Thekla, confirms that she is still listed as a feelancer.
While speaking with Grapsody, Thekla was asked about her current contract status to which she confirmed that she is free to do whatever.
I think yes, I am currently still a freelancer and Im free to do whatever. Ive got a lot of freedom to move around. So, yes, my contract is not still up, but coming up again because I think the time when I was talking to [Lyric], that was in January. So weve got November now, so time of the year is coming. I think youre most likely gonna see some more of me and maybe outside of Japan. No more, no more, no more. Yeah, I think you get it. So everybody stay tuned. Thats all I can say for now. (Fightful)
Thekla has been half of the Goddess of Stardom Champions since July with Momo Watanabe. She is also a former Artist of Stardom Champion with Giulia and Mai Sakurai and held the SWA World Title for nearly 100 days.
Her last title defense with Watanabe was on Nov. 11 against Natsupoi&Saori Anou.
