Palm Beach Gardens police confirmed that a Loxahatchee man beat another man with a golf club before drowning him in a lake on the golf course. Judging by the media reports, everything happened on Monday. 36-year-old Junior Boucher will face charges of first-degree murder after he killed Briton Hiltebeitel at the Sandhill Crane Golf Club.

Palm Beach Gardens police responded just before 1:30 p.m. Monday after receiving a report of a man assaulting another man with a golf club. While arriving at the scene, the police unfortunately found the lifeless body of Hiltebeitel in the lake. On the other hand, 36-year-old Boucher was running away.
Junior Boucher had no intention of surrendering and was running from the police. However, the police used an electronic weapon control to stop him and take him into custody.
Witnesses
Several witnesses were at the golf course, and one of them revealed that while playing golf, he heard a man shouting, while the victim was running away from him. Boucher was holding a club and clearly intended to kill Hiltebeitel.
The victim stated many times 'he is trying to kill me'. After they fell to the ground, Boucher began hitting Hiltebeit with a golf club. At the first Hiltebeitel was running, but Boucher did not give up his intentions.

The 36-year-old chased the victim, having clear intentions. After they reached the lake at the first opening, Boucher jumped on Hiltebeitel and, according to witness statements, appeared to drown him. After that, the suspect jumped on the victim, and again hit him several times on the head. After that, he continued walking.
Judging by police reports, Hiltebeitel had wounds on the head and was pronounced dead on the spot. The details of this case are still not known, nor what is the reason for such a tragic act.
