WWE Survivor Series is the companys next Premium Live Event, and its finally upon us. Many fans are excited for the show, as it features several exciting matches that they can sink their teeth into.
WWE World Heavyweight Championship: GUNTHER (c) vs. Damian Priest
Damian Priest gets a chance to reclaim the World Heavyweight Championship after GUNTHER ended his first world title reign at SummerSlam with help from Priests former ally, Finn Balor. Priest earned a rematch against GUNTHER after winning a fatal four-way match in November and since then they have been engaged in a bitter feud, with Priest showing the vulnerable side of The Ring General. Fans are excited to see who will come out on top in the match.
Intercontinental Championship: Bron Breakker (c) vs. Sheamus vs. Ludwig Kaiser
This triple threat match for the Intercontinental Championship features three tough competitors who have all clashed in the past. Sheamus is chasing the one title hes never won in WWE, while Ludwig is determined to win his first singles title on the main roster. Bron Breakker remains the ever-defiant champion, so fans can expect a hard-hitting affair during Survivor Series.
United States Championship: LA Knight (c) vs. Shinsuke Nakamura
After Knight successfully defended his title against Berto and Santos Escobar, Shinsuke Nakamura made his return and launched sneak attacks on Knight. This would ultimately set up a championship match between the two at Survivor Series. With Nakamura more than determined to win the United States Championship at Survivor Series, LA Knight has his work cut out for him, so well have to see whether Knight will be able to retain the title in the end.
Womens WarGames Match: Rhea Ripley, Bianca Belair, Bayley, Naomi, and Iyo Sky vs. Liv Morgan, Raquel Rodriguez, Nia Jax, Tiffany Stratton, and Candice LeRae
The womens WarGames match brings together several ongoing storylines. Rhea Ripley and Liv Morgan have had a long feud over the womens world championship. Iyo Sky earned a title shot against Morgan, while Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill recently targeted Nia Jax, bringing the two teams together. Naomi joined in due to her ongoing issues with Jax. With Cargill injured, Bayley replaced her as the fifth woman. There is a lot at stake in the match so fans are curious to see which team will walk out as the winner when all is said and done.
Mens WarGames Match: Roman Reigns, The Usos, Sami Zayn, and CM Punk vs. The Bloodline (Solo Sikoa, Jacob Fatu, Tama Tonga, Tonga Loa) and Bronson Reed
WWE has been building to this Bloodline vs. Bloodline showdown ever since Reigns cost Sikoa the undisputed WWE championship at SummerSlam. Sikoas team added Bronson Reed, while Seth Rollins turned down Zayns invitation and Reigns didnt ask Cody Rhodes to join. After being attacked by Sikoas Bloodline, Paul Heyman returned with a solution, bringing in CM Punk to even the odds. The result of this match will determine how several storylines will play out in the coming weeks, so it remains to be seen whether Roman Reigns team will pick up the win against all odds.
