Wrestling legend Kevin Nash isnt sugarcoating his latest health setback. The WWE Hall of Famer revealed on his Kliq This podcast that hes gearing up for surgery after tearing his bicep during a recent workout, and the procedure isnt going to be a quick fix.

It took me five days to get an MRI after I felt a snap in my shoulder while training, Nash shared. Initially, doctors didnt find any major tears, giving him the green light to hit the gym. But things took a turn. I did a single-arm bicep curl machine, and by the ninth rep, I felt my left bicep cramping. I knew itI tore the bicep.

The wrestling icon described his plan for surgery, calling it tendinosis surgery, which involves suturing the tendon back in place. Theyll make an incision, weave sutures into the tendon, and fix ithoping it hasnt retracted too far. And while theyre at it, I told them to fix the motherf***er completely. Ive got a bone spur on my humerus and other issues theyll clean up.

Nash estimates a six-week recovery period just to start moving his arm again. Unfortunately, the injury is also delaying plans for stem cell treatment for his tendinitis. I was going to get stem cells injected into my spine, but with my arm in a sling, thats not happening anytime soon, Nash admitted. The setback has pushed his recovery timeline back even further, humorously adding, Looks like Im not joining the PGA circuit until at least June.

Despite the challenges, Nash is focused on taking the time to heal. I dont have any work commitments, so Im just going to get healthy, he said, emphasizing that hes not rushing back to the gym or taking unnecessary risks.

As Nash prepares for surgery and the grueling recovery that follows, fans are eager to see him bounce back. The former wrestling champ is using this downtime to address long-standing health issues and is determined to return stronger than ever.
