Fox, Undisputed host Skip Bayless and others are being sued on 14 counts, including sexual battery, a former Fox Sports hairstylist alleges in a lawsuit.

Noushin Faraji worked part-time for Fox Sports from 2012-16 and full-time from 2016-24 and she has made a number of allegations in the 42-page lawsuit.

Fox, Fox Sports, FS1, FS2, Fox Sports EVP Charlie Dixon, Bayless, and FS1 host Joy Taylor are all listed as defendants.

After startingwork on Undisputed, the suit alleges Bayless gave Faraji lingering hugs and kisses on the cheek while putting his body against hers and pressing against her breasts.

The single mother alleges she repeatedly told Bayless she was not interested and did not date at work.

The suit also claims that she toldBayless she was suffering from ovarian cancer, after developing issues with her left ovary, to try and stop his advances.

Instead, Mr. Bayless told her that he wanted to be with her, the lawsuit alleged. Ms. Faraji panicked and began rambling that there were cameras everywhere, that she has a child, and that she does not want him. Mr. Bayless then grabbed her hands, began kissing them, and offered her $1.5 million to have sex.

The 73-year-old also told Faraji that hed change her life if she agreed to have sex, the suit says.

Skip was accused of making another advance toward Faraji a week later, to which she said to him, Skip, stop, you have a wife.

Mr. Bayless responded, Arent you Muslim? Doesnt your dad have three to four wives?

During her time working at Fox,Faraji claims she made various complaints to the Human Resources and Employee Relations departments about her treatment.

The he suit also alleges prominent Fox Sports host Taylor started insulting Ms. Faraji on a personal and professional level after their friendship ended. It also says that Taylor mocked the English pronunciation of Faraji, who has Persian heritage.

The lawsuit seeks class-action status for Faraji and other nonexempt Fox employees in California, who worked at Fox over the past four years.

Ms. Faraji seeks unspecified monetary damages and a jury trial.
