The former WWE ring announcer JoJo Offerman is reportedly in talks with AEW. Offerman did announce for a dark match prior to the Jan. 4 episode of AEW Collision. Now, a report from Fightful Select states more may come from Offerman within AEW.
Per the report:
Jojo Offerman made an appearance in AEW, and it might not be the last time we see her.
JoJo appeared as a ring announcer before the January 4 episode of AEW Collision, doing work for a dark match that aired before the show. Those that we spoke to in AEW said that she is expected to do more with the company. We werent given a specific role, or time frame.
The 30-year old Offerman worked for WWE for years, serving as a ring announcer and interviewer. In addition, JoJo trained to wrestle, and actually appeared on WWE Survivor Series 2013. Weve not heard that shes been interested in a return to the ring. Offerman was a main cast member for the first season of Total Divas, and appeared as a guest numerous times after. Shed also worked as a singer.
JoJo quietly left WWE in 2021 after working as a ring announcer for over five years.
