Scott Steiners larger-than-life persona has often made headlines, but his outspoken nature once put him at odds with WWE. Now, the wrestling veteran has shared how he managed to mend fences with the company, largely for the sake of his son, Bron Breakker.
Speaking with Busted Open Radio, Steiner revealed that Brons rise in WWE played a significant role in repairing the relationship. When asked if Bron acted as a bridge between him and WWE, Steiner agreed, admitting that his sons success gave him a reason to let go of past grudges.
I believe it had everything to do with it because, you know, I left with a lot of hard feelings, you know what I mean? But, you know, at some point, you got to let it be. You cant be angry the whole time, you cant hold a grudge, Steiner said.
He added, Plus, the fact is, some people that you have a grudge against probably dont even know anyways. So, and I didnt want to screw up anything for him, so I just buried the hatchet.
Steiner also took responsibility for the delay in his WWE Hall of Fame induction alongside his brother, Rick Steiner. Acknowledging that his own issues with WWE held things up, he shared how putting the past behind him was necessary to support Brons future in the business.
By letting go of old grievances, Scott Steiner has shown a willingness to prioritize family and embrace new opportunities. His repaired relationship with WWE not only sets the stage for a brighter future for Bron Breakker but also marks a new chapter in Steiners storied career.
