Carlos Alcaraz has already won many trophies at just 21 years old and has no intention of stopping. The young Spanish champion has never hidden that he wants to become one of the best players of all time and is on track to do so, but he will have to continue to work both technically and mentally.

The current world number 3 is satisfied with how the off-season went, in which he was able to work very well together with his two coaches Juan Carlos Ferrero and Samuel Lopez. The 21-year-old from Murcia has practiced to be more consistent in 2025 and has made some changes to his serve, to make the movement smoother and the trajectories more unpredictable.
The 4-time Grand Slam champion wants to start the new season well and will make his Australian Open debut against Alexander Shevchenko tomorrow at Margaret Court Arena. Carlitos lost to Alex de Minaur in his first exhibition match at Melbourne Park, before defeating fellow Australian Alexei Popyrin in straight sets.
As everyone knows, the young Spaniard has also started playing with a slightly heavier racket and needs time to get used to the new conditions.

Agassi responds to Alcaraz
During his press conference before the start of the tournament, the former world No.1 spoke about his amazing rivalry with Jannik Sinner and his goals for the new season.
In addition, he was asked which shot he would like to steal from another player and his choice was the return of Andre Agassi.
Alcaraz's words were reported to the American legend and he immediately wanted to respond: "Tennis has changed a lot in the last twenty years, but it is true that my ability to impact the ball well in advance has allowed me to play at the highest level for a long time. Watching Carlos play is really a lot of fun, I especially like his ability to play the drop shot."
